| Notes |
- Karl Heusner graduated from medical schools at Tulane Univeristy and the University of Pennsylvania. The story goes that when he was at school, Karl met Fr Abeling, who invited him home for Thanksgiving. During the time at the Abeling home, Karl met Katherine and they were subsequently married. * Notes provided by Bruce McDonald.
