  		1840 US Census: Cobleskill, Schoharie Co, NY This page includes John Smith, married with one boy under the age of 5 and one girl under the age of five. My guess is that this is the correct John Smith - as the 1855 Census indicated that John lived in the area since 1815. In addition, John and Elizabeth had only 1 girl and 1 boy at the age of this census, and each child was under the age of 5.
