    COUPLE MARRIED RECENTLY IN CHURCH RITES

    The wedding of Miss Eva M Piniaha, daughter of Mrs. Mary Piniaha of 182 First Street, and Pvt John J Jacon, son Mr and Mrs Joseph Jacon of 83 Lincoln Avenue took place July 15 at St Mary's Church with Rev Edward O'Malley officiating.

    Miss Veronica Piniaha was her sister's maid of honor and Miss Sopie Jacon was a bridesmaid. Flower girls were Mary Barna and Christine Argay. Joseph Jacon served as best man for his brother and Gus Argay was an usher.

    Escorted by her brother in law, Frank Barna, the bride wore white marquissette gown over satin with a Queen Anne neckline and a peplum. An open crown head piece held place her illusi?? veil and she carried a white prayer book with white orchids.

    The maid of honor was attired in an orchid dotted Swiss gov with a floral headband and carried a boutquet of red roses. The bridesmaids gown was a peach dotted Swiss and she carried pink roses and blue delphinium. The flower girls were attired in green dotted Swiss dresses and carried baskets of mixed flowers.

    A reception followed at Holy Trinity Hall after which the couple left on a motor trip. The bride is a secretary at the American Locomotive Co, and the bride groom is with the 43rd Military Polic Co, stationed at Camp Pickett, VA.
